From the above link I saw how to make these amazing rings and I couldnt wait to try them yesterday:) I think I am pretty happy with the outcome.
 Now my room is slowly getting decorated part by part...Hopefully it will be done soon:)
Oh and on another completely different note I am writing a short story/novel which might get completed in a few days.So I am wondering what the best way to put it on blogs...part by part or as just a link to word document...I ll let you guys know soon...

A trip along the memory lane...

I had been to my old college yestersay. I havenot been out of it for even a month ,yet I already miss it...I wrote this poem which seemed to depict my mood yesterday night.

Changes

Lying on the clean new sheets
Staring at the walls colored wheat
The smell of paint and turpentine
is still lingering in that room of mine

It feels like just yesterday
The first time i took the step that way
and now the destination is here
but still i yearn to be there

I ponder,I think,
How my life seems to go by in a blink
the time spent doesnt really matter
Thinking about the memories always feels better

A turn in the wheel,a bat of an eyelid,
and there's a new life like iron solid
new goals to be made,uncertainities to face
I steel my resolve and with a smile I embrace....

The ultimate gift...

I am not talking about another one of my craft projects here.I just had the privilege to read this wonderful book and I just felt compelled to write about it here...

My life has now reached a stage were I just want to grow comfortable with a routine I think I would be satisfied and happy for the rest with it..But reading this book makes me want to have more goals and do a lot more with my life...Lets see how long this inspiration stays:)

I have read a few books,some leave a profound impact and some don't...I can surely say that this one falls under the first category:)

Chocolate wrappers!!!

There will certainly be at least 1 person who'll remember me as the 19 year old chocolate wrapper collector...cause when I was 19 I was obsessed with collecting them...Now I can say they have finally come to use:) I used two old bottles and pasted the shiny wrapper around them.

I don't no if anyone reads at all...but I just feel compelled to write the reason for my absence...My house is getting re-painted so was busy with that and also spent some fun time shopping with my cousins:)

Will try and post snaps of my newly done room soon,cause I m using this opportunity to redecorate my room:)

Ok, writing about my art project yesterday motivated me to finish it...so here's the final pic...

I just used an old globe and made this as a gift for my aunt...She liked it:)

On a completely different note...I m watching GLEE and I m loving it.And I am reading the 2nd book in The Wheel of Time series. So you can see how I keep getting distracted I guess:)

This is my first blog as the title says and am still in the process of learning...I thought I ll just tell a little about mself here...

I have just finished my last exam and will soon become an official engineer.So once I start with my 9-5 job I guess I wont be as regular with my blogs but I ll keep trying as much as I can:) So this will be the creative outlet for me I guess where I can show you all the crazy stuffs that I ll be doing.

I am like a jack of all trades master of none.I like trying new stuffs and hence I often end up not really learning any one thing completely,before mastering it I would have moved on to something new:( Still like every other human being I try as much as I can to better myself...
